The Air Assist / Ace

Ace is a conversational AI support agent for Google Workspace — real-time technical help for the teams that never get it. Digidoot built it. Brand strategy and identity, then the application itself, the server infrastructure, the project management backend, the onboarding flow, and the operating process that carries a customer from first contact through delivery. A founder had the idea. We built everything around it.

Hawaii-based for-impact organization. Digidoot led brand strategy, visual design, live event tech, video, and digital marketing for Reclaiming Lilo — a digital conference for children-first, family and community wellness.
